Life Journeys Initial Survey
This is a survey of young people's thoughts and feelings about their lives and their futures. It is being carried out by North Tyneside Council's Directorate for Children, Young People and Learning, in collaboration with Newcastle University. The purpose of the survey is to help us understand young people better, and help develop education programmes for the future
Please answer all the questions as honestly as you can. There are no right or wrong answers. Just concentrate on how you personally feel. If you are not sure, just choose the response which is nearest to the way you feel. Your responses are totally anonymous and confidential. We do not have any way of linking your name to your personal information number. Some of the questions are quite personal. If you feel uncomfortable about answering a question, you are free to leave it out
